At Black Prom Dresses Shop, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will promptly resolve the issue by arranging a return, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns. These include:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
